Hiring the Right Employee

Let’s face it, hiring employees is time consuming and expensive.  The last thing a company wants is to interrupt the work flow because they discovered that the new employee wasn’t a good fit for the position.  This tends to be disappointing, because during the interviewing process, the person selected for the job seemed to be the best choice.  Having a tool to hire the right person for the job is at your disposal.  This tool is accurate and reliable.

Handwriting analysis is a science, and is upheld in the court of law as evidence.  It has also been used extensively in Europe for a number of years as a pre-employment tool.  Why?

This is because handwriting analysis can determine if a person is suited for a management, sales, or clerical position.  Handwriting analysis tells us if the applicant is a quick learner or more methodical, if the person is good with details or sees the bigger picture.  Handwriting analysis can inform us of the person’s drive toward achievement, if they are dedicated to their employer, or if they lie.

The advantages of incorporating handwriting analysis into the interview process far outweigh utilizing only traditional interviewing techniques.  Analyzing handwriting is actually a cost-saving measure because the person chosen for the position will be the right choice.  The process usually begins when the Handwriting Analyst provides the employer with a release form that they will give to the prospective employee.  This form describes to the applicant that their handwriting will be analyzed as part of the hiring procedure.  The employer forwards the release form and a handwriting sample to the Analyst who then provides a written report of findings back to the employer.
