Exposing Drug Addiction in the Handwriting of Adolescents and Young Adults
by Virginia Errera DiLeo
Published 1992

Virginia not only illustrates how to analyze handwriting for drugs, but she shows you 3 pages of indicators and graphs them for you.  Many samples are then illustrated and examples of the drug indicators given for your examination.  I can’t recommend this book enough.  Virginia takes each drug and gives you a chart where she lists: Type of drug, drug names, street names, methods of use, symptoms of use, and hazards of use.

Throughout the book you will find 40 different strokes described with complete illustrations of each.  Every page has French on one side, and English on the other.  This is very advanced gestalt described by the appearance, condition of formation, basic meaning, and possible interpretation.  Doschs’ book is for the advanced graphologist.

Sex, Lies, and Handwriting
by Michelle Dresbold with James Kwalwasser
Published 2006

Whether you are just curious about the analysis of handwriting or a seasoned veteran, this book is hard to put down once you start reading it.  Dresbold explains how a single sentence can provide insight into a person’s background, psychology and behavior.  Throughout the book, Dresbold explores the handwriting of sly politicians, convicted criminals, notorious killers, suspected cheats, and ordinary people.  Trust me a real page turner.
