Joseph Zarek spent over 2 decades around
the globes as the go-to-guy in the fields of cryptology, military
intelligence, special and national security. He has presented over
1,000 briefings, lectures and presentations on intelligence,
counter-terrorism, Middle Eastern, national, international, operational and
special security issues. Joseph Zarek has just finished working on his
well received book on 10 red flags behaviors found in handwriting, and he's
currently working on his next book about 15 National Security Clearance
Disqualifiers.
He has authored, proofread and edited 1,000+ correspondences on an array of
subjects (i.e., Intelligent Information Reports, articles, professional
evaluations, manuals, memorandums, instructions, presentations, reports).
Joseph Zarek has pre-screened, interviewed, and processed over 4,000
individuals in the US Navy for security clearance eligible up to Top Secret
SCI, through the personal interview process. He successfully utilized
handwriting analysis to detect pre-existing behavior and personality red
flag national security clearance disqualifiers.
Joseph Zarek's training and education has been continuous since he first
earned his cryptologic technician administrative certification from the U.S.
Navy in 1986. He has since gone on to obtain qualifications as a Shipboard
Intelligence Officer in 1990, Special Security Officer in 1997, Security
Manager through the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in 2005,
certified by the U.S. Navy as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Managers/Supervisor
(ADAMS) Facilitator in 2005, obtained a Question Document Examination
Certificate through The American Institute of Applied Science (AIAS) in
2005, Forensic Document Examiner Certificate through The International
School of Forensic Document Examination in 2006, Statement Analysis
Certificate through United States Marshals in 2007, and Advanced Forensic
Investigators Certificate in December 2008.
Joseph Zarek will obtain an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with
Forensic concentrate through Marymount University in 2009, followed by
earning dual masters in Forensic Psychology and Counseling through Marymount
University.
Joseph Zarek resides with his family and their attack cat in Alexandria,
Virginia.
